MUSICART (MA) is a fairly large, long-established platform.

💜 MA has both a Korean version and an international version. You can place orders directly on the website. It’s recommended to use the Korean version, as the international version has poor exchange rates and is much more expensive. Payment options include WeChat, Alipay, PayPal, and credit cards.
💜 After being selected in a lottery, check the announcement on the website. Note that announcements are only visible on the Korean version. This is a bit inconvenient, as the older website delays posting the winners, which can be nerve-wracking.
💜 If fansign events are on KakaoTalk, the MA staff will add you using the KakaoTalk ID you provided during the application. There will be two MA KakaoTalk accounts; one is likely just a backup.
💜 Once added, you need to send a photo of your ID for the first identity verification, so make sure to prepare it.
💜 About 1–2 hours before the official fansign, staff will call to check your identity, comparing your passport to your face, and then follow the order of the selected list.
💜 A nice touch: MA notifies you in advance when it’s almost your turn, which is very helpful.
💜 There is no translation provided on MA, so if you don’t speak Korean, this could be an issue to consider.
Cons:
🩶 MA’s shipping is extremely slow; it can take over a month to dispatch items.
🩶 There have been cases where nationality cards caused issues. The platform is not particularly foreigner-friendly, so if you’re ordering by yourself, think carefully.
💡 Summary:MA is an older, standard Korean platform. At least the call quality is acceptable, and the overall experience is functional.
